Mendo Costa: An Exclusive Home With Spectacular Views!

Mendo Costa is a stunning 2500+/- square foot home set on 2.5+ private hillside acres above the Pacific Ocean on Northern California’s Mendocino Coast. Reminiscent of Frank Lloyd Wright minimalist architecture, this exclusive property is in high demand because of its panoramic views of white water, forests, meadows. On a clear day, you can see almost to forever!

Mendo Costa’s calm, elegant, and expansive open design is highlighted by walls of windows and comfortable designer furnishings. There are two huge master suites (upper and lower) and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The home can accommodate a maximum of six persons. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen was featured in The New York Times, “Great Kitchens, A Place to Play Chef.” There is also a fireplace, and an extensive library of books, films and music.

Relax on the expansive deck to watch spectacular sunsets, see the “fog train” roll by, or enjoy a hot tub under the stars.

  • Two minutes drive to a private gated access beach for miles of walking, picnicking, or watching seals and whales frolic in the pounding surf.
  • Golf, horseback riding, kayaking are all within 30-40 minutes drive, as is the magical village of Mendocino.

  • $325 night for one couple and $375 for two. Two night minimum.
  • $100 cleaning fee.
  • $500 security deposit for first-time guests
  • Special rates available for weekly and monthly rentals.
  • Off season rates available November-March, except holiday periods
  • Mendo Costa is professionally cleaned and refreshed prior to new guests checking in. Housecleaning is provided thereafter on a weekly basis (at additional cost).
